THURSDAY JUNE 11

2pm Orientation
Meet basement of First State Bank 200 S. Jefferson Street downtown Plainville (tentative location).
Hang sponsor posters, receive final pageant itinerary, discuss questions, turn in modeling descriptions, draw for order of competition, practice modeling run.

3pm Style Show, Speech/Talent Competition and Interviews
Basement of First State Bank 200 S. Jefferson Street downtown Plainville (tentative location). The Style Show, Speech and Talent portions of the competion are open to the public.

First, Princess contestants will model one outfit and then answer an extemporaneous question. Once all Princess contestants have modeled they are excused to prepare for their talent competition.

Queen contestants will model one outfit, perform their speech and then answer an extemporaneous question. Once all Queen contestants have completed their portion they will remain seated for the Princess's talent competition.

Princesses will perform their talent following the completion of the Queen contestant modeling and speech portion.

Following the Style show, contestants will remain with the committee for their Personal Interviews with the judges. This is closed to the public (no coaches or parents allowed). Interviews are timed. Minutes to be determined by the number of contestants and the time available to complete the interviews. Contestants are excused following the completion of all contestants interviews within their age category.

5:30pm Dinner
Wild West Saloon and Grill located 105 E. Mill Street. Meals for contestants, judges and committee to be provided. The public is welcome to attend and join in on their own.

7:30pm Horsemanship Competition
PSC arena, commencing at 7:30pm – that means all horses need to be warmed up and ready at that time. Queen’s ride first. Draw for second mount and retire from the arena. Princesses ride after the queens have completed their initial pattern on their own horse.  Once all princess contestants have completed their ride, they are excused from the pageant. Queens ride second mount. Queens are excused. The public is welcome to attend.

FRIDAY JUNE 12

(10am Alternate Horsemanship Competition - Rain date)
In the case of bad weather on Thursday evening, the horsemanship competition will be moved to 10am at the PSC arena on Friday.

6:00pm Dinner at arena
Help with Mutton Bustin sign up. Queen contestants clear arena during Mutton bustin. Princesses help kids get signed up and mounted.

8:00pm Grand Entry

Help sell raffle tickets. After rodeo, short meeting to discuss Saturday events. Excused after rodeo.

SATURDAY JUNE 13 

Parade and Park to be determined

6:00pm Mutton Bustin

8:00pm Grand Entry

TBA Coronation & Prize distribution
